Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual.

Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than the estimated time frame for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for understanding.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

Please note: our shipping on our checkout process is an estimated average of 7-21 business days. This is a calculated average delivery date most customers receive their orders by. 

However,*PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!

Delivery: - Please allow more time for delivery during holidays and sales as these are busy times for our shop. We have our staff working hard to ensure every order is sent out properly and efficiently.

NOTE: Canada Customers, please understand, it takes an extra 20 or so days for delivery.  Apparently the Canadian Postal Service is a bit slower than other countries.  

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking info states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any other questions, please reach out to our customer support team.
